Ingredients:

  • 500 g peeled potatoes, sliced
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 can of drained sardines
  • 1/2 cup milk (tea).
  • 1/2 cup (tea) tomato sauce
  • 100 g of grated mozzarella
  • Greasing oil

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 10 minutes and drain them.
  2. Make a layer of potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  3. Distribute the sardines, make another layer of potatoes and pour over the milk seasoned with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce on top and then sprinkle with the cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
