Caprese bruschetta

Ingredients:
- 1 clove of garlic
- 12 slices Italian bread, 1 finger thick
- Greasing oil
- 3 ripe seedless tomatoes, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- Salt and crushed black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups grated buffalo mozzarella
Black olive paste
- 1 1/2 cups pitted black olives
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation method:
- For the olive paste, blend the ingredients in a food processor or blender using the pulse button.
- Then book
- Cut the tip of the garlic clove and then spread it on all the slices of bread.
- Place them on a baking tray greased with olive oil.
- Divide the olive paste between the slices
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the tomato and basil and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Divide the mixture between the slices of bread
- Sprinkle over the buffalo mozzarella and drizzle with olive oil
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
- Serve immediately.
