Caprese bruschetta

Time: 20 minutes

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 12 slices Italian bread, 1 finger thick
  • Greasing oil
  • 3 ripe seedless tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil
  • Salt and crushed black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups grated buffalo mozzarella

Black olive paste

  • 1 1/2 cups pitted black olives
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation method:

  1. For the olive paste, blend the ingredients in a food processor or blender using the pulse button.
  2. Then book
  3. Cut the tip of the garlic clove and then spread it on all the slices of bread.
  4. Place them on a baking tray greased with olive oil.
  5. Divide the olive paste between the slices
  6. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the tomato and basil and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  7. Divide the mixture between the slices of bread
  8. Sprinkle over the buffalo mozzarella and drizzle with olive oil
  9. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
  10. Serve immediately.
