Chocolate and passion fruit cake on a serving plate

Time: 1h (+2h in the fridge)

Performance: 8 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of crushed cornstarch biscuits (200g)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg white
  • Chocolate flakes to decorate

Filling:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 jar of cream cheese (150 g)
  • 1 cup passion fruit juice concentrate
  • 1 pack of cream
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons of water
Coverage:
  • 250g chopped milk chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pack of cream

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the biscuit, butter and egg white until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  2. Line the bottom of a medium baking dish and place in a preheated medium oven for 8 minutes. Let it cool.
  3. For the filling, use a blender to blend the condensed milk, cream cheese, passion fruit juice, cream and gelatin hydrated in water and dissolved according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Spread over the dough and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. For the coating, melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  6. Mix the cream and spread over the filling.
  7. Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, decorate with zest and serve.
