Healthy Ingredients for Banana Brownie (Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free):
– 70% cocoa chocolate bar (vegan/gluten-free), melted, 200 g
– 80 g of peanut butter
– 2 units of ripe banana (1 unit of dwarf banana = 100 g, 1 unit of silver banana = 65 g)
– 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder ab
– 4 units of eggs
– 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla essence
Ingredients FOR GREATING:
– oil to taste
Ingredients TO COMPLETE (OPTIONAL):
– 50g 70% cocoa chocolate bar (vegan/gluten-free) (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Separate the utensils and ingredients for the recipe. For 1 entire recipe, 4 portions, the yield is 9 pieces (squares).
- Line the baking tray (20 cm for 1 entire recipe) with baking paper and grease it with oil (if the paper is of good quality you can do without oil).
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Melt the chocolate with the peanut butter in a non-metallic bowl, in the microwave, heating in 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
PREPARATION:
Healthy Banana Brownie (gluten-free and lactose-free) – preparation of the dough:
- Mash the banana until you get a puree.
- Add the cocoa powder to the melted chocolate and peanut butter in the bowl.
- Add the mashed banana and eggs, mix until a smooth mixture forms.
- Finally add the chopped chocolate (optional) and mix lightly.
Healthy Banana Brownie (gluten-free and lactose-free) – cooking:
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. If necessary, tap it lightly against the work surface.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Leave to cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Serve the healthy flourless banana brownie at room temperature or slightly heated for a few seconds in the microwave.
- Store it in an airtight container in a cool place for up to 5 days.
