Chicken fillet in the Airfryer: crispy, juicy and dry


Crispy and juicy chicken fillet prepared in the Airfryer, with less fat: a healthy way to prepare




Chicken fillets breaded/breaded in the Airfryer, crispy and healthy – quick recipe, without frying, with a drizzle of oil for brushing.

Recipe for 2 people.

Airfryer Chicken Bait Ingredients:

– 250 g of chicken fillets – sassami fillet

– 1/2 unit of lemon (juice)

– 1 clove(s) of garlic, finely chopped

– salt to taste

– pepper to taste

Ingredients FOR THE BREADING (AIRFRYER):

– 1 tablespoon(s) of wheat flour, or enough

– 1/2 unit of egg or enough

– 1 cup(s) breadcrumbs – or enough (or panko flour)

Ingredients TO SPRAY OR BRUSH:

– oil to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Wash the lemon(s) and divide them in half.
  2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
  3. Start by seasoning the chicken fillets, as they need to marinate (see preparation).
  4. Set aside the other ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  5. Open the egg(s) in a bowl, beat until the egg white(s) and yolk(s) are combined and measure out the quantity needed for the recipe.
  6. Place breadcrumbs or panko flour in a shallow dish.
  7. Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C.

PREPARATION:

Chicken Bait – Seasoning (do this step during pre-prep):

  1. Arrange the chicken sassami on a cutting board and cut the pieces according to your preferences: the dimensions must be proportionate so that they cook evenly.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and squeeze the lemon juice directly over the top.
  3. Add the chopped garlic clove, salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Leave to rest to blend the flavors for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Continue pre-preparation (step 4).

Chicken Baits – Easy Breading:

  1. In the same bowl as the chicken fillets, add the beaten egg(s) and mix well to coat all the pieces.
  2. Add the wheat flour to the bowl with the chicken pieces, so that they are all coated.
  3. Then, coat the pieces in the breadcrumbs or panko, coating them evenly. Press lightly to secure it.

Chicken Bait in the Airfryer – Baked:

  1. Brush or drizzle the baits with a drizzle of oil to make them golden and crispy.
  2. Arrange the breaded bait in the Airfryer basket, without overlapping them, to allow air circulation. If necessary, cook in stages.
  3. Place the basket in the Airfryer preheated to 200°C.
  4. Cook for about 20 minutes, this time depends on the power of your equipment and the size of the bait
  5. Turn halfway through cooking so that the entire surface cooks evenly.
  6. When the baits are golden brown, remove the drawer and turn off the Airfryer.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve to/s chicken fillets prepared in the Airfryer as a single dish, with your favorite accompaniment or as a snack/appetizer accompanied by a pastry.
