Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 4 cups natural vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 200 g of mushrooms Sliced ​​shitake
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley to decorate

Preparation method

Place the corn flour and 1 cup of vegetable broth in a container. Mix and review. Add the remaining vegetable broth to a pan and heat over medium heat until boiling. Reduce the heat, add the melted cornflour and cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and black pepper and mix. Turn off the heat and arrange the polenta on a plate. Book.

In a skillet, add the remaining oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the garlic and brown it. Add the mushrooms and sauté until soft. Turn off the heat and arrange the mushrooms over the polenta. Complete with parsley and serve immediately.

Preparation method

Place the liquid ingredients in a container and mix. Add the dry ingredients, excluding the chemical yeast, and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture. Finally add the chemical yeast and mix to incorporate it. Subsequently, place the dough in a mold with the central hole greased with coconut oil and floured with corn flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 35 minutes. Serve immediately.
