Hot and tangy Big Mac sauce is loved by burger lovers around the world. Although the exact recipe is kept secret, the burger sauce made according to our recipe tastes almost identical to the original. Try cooking it yourself!
Make your own Big Mac-style burger sauce.
Ingredients:
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of brine
- 2 tbsp. L. cucumber-onion seasoning (2 pickles + 1/2 small grated onion)
- 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder (hot)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight to allow all the flavors to develop. Or, if time is short, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Take the prepared sauce out of the refrigerator about ten minutes before cooking the burgers and let it come to room temperature.
