- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf

- 2 cubes of meat broth
- 2.5 liters of boiling water
- 800 g cassava pieces
Preparation method:
- Heat a pressure cooker with olive oil over high heat and fry the ribs with salt and pepper until golden brown.
- Add the onion, garlic, bay leaf, extract, tomato, broth and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Cover with water, cover and cook for 40 minutes, over low heat, from when the pressure starts.
- Turn off, let the pressure release naturally and open the pan.
- Add the cassava, cover with more water if necessary, cover and cook for 20 minutes, over low heat, from when the pressure starts.
- Turn off, let the pressure release naturally and open the pan.
- Season with salt, pepper and green chilies and serve immediately.
