Method of preparation
Dissolve the lemon jelly in the water. In a blender, whisk the lemon jelly, melted unflavored jelly according to package directions, condensed milk, lemon juice, cream and ice cream until creamy. Method of preparation
Beat the eggs, butter, milk, sugar, cornmeal and flour in a blender until smooth. Add the yeast and mix with a spoon. Pour into a 22 cm diameter pan, greased and floured, and bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool and unmold. For the syrup, in a pan dissolve the sugar in the coconut milk, bring to low heat, cook for 3 minutes and turn off. For the filling and garnish, mix the dulce de leche with the cream until smooth.
Arrange half of the cake on a plate, drizzle with half of the syrup and spread with half of the cream. Cover with the other part of the cake and sprinkle with the rest of the syrup. Cover the whole cake with the rest of the cream, sprinkle with the paçoca and serve.

- 1 packet of cornstarch cookies (200 g)
- 3 tablespoons of cold butter, cut into cubes
- 3 cups of ice cream (flakes)
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons of sugar

Method of preparation
Chop the cookies in a blender and pour them into a bowl. Add the butter and work with your fingertips until you get a crumbly consistency. Pierce the bottom and side of a removable rim medium form and place in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes. Let it cool down.
