Generally, insecurity is the result of past trauma
THE insecurity Emotional is a state of mind that many people have experienced throughout their lives. And it is described by many as consequence of a specific situation or even be a personality characteristic.
Those who feel insecure, feel vulnerable, doubt themselves and have difficulty making decisions and choosing. In some cases overestimating others and in some ways devaluing oneself. This feeling can generate anxietyavoiding changes and challenges, which cause the loss of opportunities and, in the most serious cases, can directly impact the quality of life.
This insecurity can be described as a distorted perception of yourself, that inner voice that doubts your qualities, abilities, that makes you doubt your value, your ability to achieve results and that does not make you feel adequately accepted by others .
This inadequate way of thinking appears as if it were an echo that repeats this or that negative experience (that perhaps things did not go in the best way) as if it were the rule (generalizing) and not the exception. And so, the fear that something will go wrong takes overoften, it takes over, predominating and unrealistic expectations of yourself absorb you and distance you from reality.
