Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup (tea) tomato paste
  • 6 chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup (tea) water
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 pack of tagliatelle (500g)
  • Fresh basil and grated parmesan for sprinkling

Preparation method

  1. Heat a large frying pan with oil over medium heat and fry the meat for 5 minutes or until browned.
  2. Add the onion, garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the extract and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  4. In a blender, blend the tomato with the water until a smooth mixture is obtained and pour into the pan.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package or al dente. Drain and place on a plate.
  7. Cover with the sauce, sprinkle with basil, parmesan and serve.
