Drinking a beer is a pleasure during convivial moments with friends and family, especially at the weekend. If it’s summer, the desire to cool off with a cold only increases.
Those concerned about increased calories should pay attention to each beer’s nutrition chart to compare which brand has the fewest calories, depending on the amount ingested.
Nutritionist and personal trainer Lucas Stein compared some calorie values between beers and other alcoholic beverages and wrote as much in the caption of the Instagram post.
“By following a flexible diet, it is possible to consume alcoholic beverages in moderation. Although it does not play an essential role in our body like proteins, carbohydrates and fats, alcohol is also a macronutrient and provides 7 kcal/g, losing only in caloric density to fats that provide 9kcal/g”.
