Event explores the relationship between work routine and health

In a new edition, Rock In Rio Humanorama discusses how work routines and habits can contribute to a healthier work environment

What do you think it’s about health? Is it just the physical body? Or even your emotional and mental side? What about your money or your job? Are you in this conversation too? Well, these are some of the themes that permeate the new edition of Rock In Rio Humanorama which will take place from 28 to 31 July this year.

Event explores the relationship between work routine and health

This time in a hybrid edition, the event mixes face-to-face panels, activities and mentoring at the Learning Village, in Vila Madalena, São Paulo, with virtual conversation circles. The main line of all programming, however, is a discussion that takes the idea of health far beyond the physical body.

A highlight is the conference “New Habits and Routines for Stressed People at Work”, which addresses the importance of mental and psychological health in the professional sphere. inside, Daniel Aisenberg , Giovanna Cernia , Jean Rosier And Larissa Rodrigues will discuss work situations that generate high levels of stress and consume our time in the corporate environment. Often these situations seem inevitable, but it is possible to circumvent them or, at least, to minimize them.

Here habits and routines come into play as powerful tools for improving professional life, as well as so-called rituals, which act as a bridge to a more balanced and empathic experience in the business environment. For this, the speakers will give advice on how to explore these elements in daily professional life in a creative and, above all, simple way.

HEALTH IN ALL AREAS

The event, which aims to address urgent issues in society, will have as one of the highlights the conversation circle “Caring beyond healing”, which invites participants and listeners to understand how human dignity is compromised by the relationship with money.

“Human Rights and Medicine have worked separately. It’s just that you need to understand that if housing is unhealthy, if you don’t have the resources to buy it, if there is domestic violence, that body will be sick. The psychosocial part cannot be ignored. and sometimes it is the main cause of illness. Health is not only in the hospital, it is at home, on the street, “he explains Vera Cordeiro doctor and creator of Saúde Criança, and one of the speakers at the next table Aisha Paz with the mediation of Mic Aisenberg curator of the contents of the event.

Anyone who wants to follow online conversations for free can register at rockinriohumanorama.com. In total, the four-day event will feature 110 activities, with 16 hours of recorded and live conversation – tickets for in-person participation are also on sale through the website.
