Ice Coconut and Vanilla Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of butter
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of yeast powder
- 1 and 1/2 cup of wheat flour
- Margarine and wheat flour to gain weight
- 1 cup of grated coconut
- 1 cup of milk

- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 spoon of vanilla essence

- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
Preparation:
- In a blender, beat all the ingredients of the dough until smooth.
- Grease and flour a pan in the middle of 22 cm in diameter.
- Pour the content of the dough and cook, preheated, for 35 minutes or until a toothpick is attached to the center, it comes out clean.
