Ice Coconut and Vanilla Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast powder
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of wheat flour
  • Margarine and wheat flour to gain weight

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 spoon of vanilla essence

  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, beat all the ingredients of the dough until smooth.
  2. Grease and flour a pan in the middle of 22 cm in diameter.
