Creamy pasta with ham and cheese

Time: 10 minutes (+10 minutes rest)

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 diced onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 cans of tomato sauce (680g)
  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pack of durum wheat fusilli (500g)
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup diced mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 1 cup (tea) culinary cream cheese
  • Grated Parmesan for sprinkling

Preparation method:

  1. In a large pressure cooker, heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. Fry the onion, garlic and bay leaf for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato, chicken broth and sauté for another 3 minutes. Add the sauce and water.
  4. As soon as it boils, add salt and throw in the pasta.
  5. Cover the pan and cook for 3 minutes, over low heat, once the pressure has started.
  6. Wait for the pressure to release naturally, open the pan and add the ham, cheese, olives and cream cheese.
  7. Stir, cover the pan and let rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer to a large baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
