Prepare the classic Syrian rice with the noodles! Traditional recipe from the Middle East, simple and delicious
A very easy rice with a very easy pasta from Syrian cuisine made under pressure in a few minutes.

Rice ingredients with noodles (Syrian rice)
– 1 1/2 cup (s) (tea) of needle rice
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of non -salted butter (or olive oil)
– 1 1/2 cup (s) (tea) of angels hair (Risen type noodles)
– 4 1/2 Cup (S) Water (or homemade vegetable broth)
– 2/3 tufts (i) of salt or how many wishes
– 2 units (S) Canelas in Rama, small (s)
Pre-repair:
- Separate the tools and ingredients from the recipe.
- Place a kettle with water or pre-preparated homemade water or vegetable broth (see quantity in the ingredients) to boil.
- With your hands, crawl the nests of the noodles for angel hair to break them.

If you have chosen to create an appetizer or a dessert, take the opportunity to prepare you, since this recipe has a very short time.
PREPARATION:
Rice with pasta (Syrian rice):
- In the pressure cooker, on medium heat, brown the pasta in olive oil and butter.
- As soon as it starts to brown, put the chopped garlic, brown for another minute, be careful that the garlic does not burn.
- Add the rice, brown for 1-2 min.
- Add the boiling water or the vegetable broth (see quantity in the ingredients) and the cinnamon (i) in branch.
- Cover and leave the pressure 3 minutes after the creak.
- Turn off the heat, remove the pressure and open the pan.
- Cover the pan only for rice to finish drying.
Finishing and assembly:
- Serve the rice with hot pasta or hot rice like following with other Arabic dishes, such as ESFIHA, Kibe or Falafel.
