Ingredients:

  • 3 cans of drained green corn
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 cup (tea) of diced potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 cubes of vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 3 onions
  • 2 wedges of chopped garlic
  • 2 cups of water
  • Salt, black pepper and green smell to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 thin slices of pepper sausage in slices

Preparation:

  1. Beat the corn in a blender with milk, potatoes, flour and vegetable broth. Reserve.
