Banana kiss without milk without condensation and sugar! A healthy, easy and delicious recipe, perfect for killing the desire for a sweet




The traditional sweetness of coconut without milk and sugar, made with very mature, practical, easy and healthy bananas.

Ingredients kiss the banana:

– 4 units / silver bananas, very mature

– 70 ml of coconut milk

– 8 tablespoons of dry coconut

– 2 tablespoons (s) (coffee) of coconut oil + a little to fatten, if necessary

– Dry grated coconut to taste

Pre-repair:

  1. The recipe for 4 people produces about 18 units of about 15 g each: uses small glasses of paper.
  2. Separate the ingredients and tools from the recipe.
  3. Peel the bananas and knead with a fork until you get a very smooth puree or use the processor (see preparation).

PREPARATION:

Banana Kiss – Massa:

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the recipe: puree or transformed banana, grated coconut, coconut milk and coconut oil. Mix everything very well. If you prefer, do this step using the processor.
  2. Put the batter of the banana kiss in a pan.
  3. Bring over low heat and mix with a spatula, rand the bottom and sides of the pan so as not to attach and burn.
  4. When the mixture thickens and reaches the curling point (to find out if it is in the right point, make sure the dough is out of the background) and turn off the heat.
  5. Transfer the kiss dough to an auxiliary plate or a slightly fat lower plate, cover with contact paper in contact and let it cool at room temperature.
  6. Then take to freeze for 2 hours or until it is stopped.

Banana Kiss – Roll:

  1. Open the glasses of paper and support the serving dish or another of your choice.
  2. Place the grated coconut to end up on a plate or a deep bowl.
  3. Browse your hands with a light layer of coconut oil or moisten with a little water, if necessary (the dough is not sticky).
  4. Remove a part of the dough (1 teaspoon) and roll to model a ball.
  5. Pass the balls in the grated coconut, prepared in the canopy (S) and attacks a nail from India (optional) in every sweetness.
  6. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.

Finishing and assembly:

  1. Keep the banana kisses in the refrigerator.
  2. Remove just before serving.
