Pre-repair:

- If the sauce is too liquid, keep it over medium-high heat to reduce for a few more minutes. If you prefer a smooth sauce, pass it through a sieve.
- Row salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the bay leaf and finish with the chopped parsley.
Finishing and assembly:
- Serve the pressure cooker steaks On a plate or distribute on the plates.
