- The dulce de leche prepared with condensed milk is more often than the ready -to -purchase, making the filling more solid, but it is also possible to use an industrialized candy, preferring those that are most consistent.
- If you prefer to prepare homemade Dulce de leche: wash and remove the label from the condensed can of milk, put it in a pressure cooker, add water, 2 fingers, cover the pan and bring over high heat. When it starts to creak, lower the fire to the medium and cook for 40 minutes.

PREPARATION:
