A skewer of very versatile fruits to slightly finish a large meal.

Fruit ingredients:
– 1/2 unit (S) pineapple, cut into cubes
– 1 unit (s) mango, mature (s), but stop (s), peeled (s) and cut into cubes
– 1 unit (s) orange, peeled (s), half cut (USA instead of mango) (or pongan gossip)
– 2 units (s) kiwi, mature (s), cut into cubes
– 12 units (i) Strawberries, half cut
– fresh blueberries to taste (or seedless grapes)
Balsamic ingredients of sweet vinaigrette:
– 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

– 6 tablespoons of oil
– 2/3 tablespoons of honey
– Go up to taste
Vinaigrette ingredients Dim Menta:
– 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
– 4 tablespoons of oil
– 2 tablespoons of xylitol (or other of your choice)
– Mint to taste (chopped flyers)
Pre-repair:
- The selection of the fruits indicated in the ingredients is a suggestion, it can be exchanged with others of your choice.
- It can serve the skewers accompanied by the 2 vinaigrette or, if you prefer, choose one. Vinaigrette can be performed in advance and keep in the refrigerator until the time of use.
- Separate the ingredients and tools for the recipe.
- Wash, dry and cut the mint leaves and set aside on paper towels (optional).
PREPARATION:
Balsamic sweet vinaigrette:
- In a bowl or in a glass with a lid, put the honey, add the balsamic vinegar and mix until the honey broke.
- Add the salt and oil and if you use the bowl use a scout or a fork or, in the case of the glass, close with the lid.
- Bang or shake to emulsify the sauce.
- Put aside at room temperature or in the refrigerator until it is time to serve (prepare during the night).
Vinaigrette sweet mint:
- In a bowl or in a glass with a lid, mix the vinegar, oil and xylitol (or another sweetener of your choice).
- If you use the bowl, use a scout or a fork or, in the case of the glass, close the lid.
- Beat or shake well to emulsify the sauce.
- Add the chopped mint, mix.
- Put aside at room temperature or in the refrigerator until it is time to serve (prepare during the night).
Fruit Skewers:
- When it comes to assembling the skewers, washing and peeling the fruits.
- Cut the pineapple, mango (optional) and kiwi in cubes.
- Cut the orange gems or mix in half.
- Cut the strawberries in half.
- Leave all the blueberries, but if you are using seedless grapes, depending on the size, cut them in half.
- Arrange the fruits on the skewers that interspers them.
- Arrange a serving dish and set aside the skewers in the refrigerator covered with movie paper.
Finishing and assembly:
- If you made the sauces in advance, take them from the refrigerator 1 hour before serving at room temperature.
- Serve the Fruit Skewers (s) On the plate or, distribute on the plates.
- Beat or shake the vinaigrette again to make emulsion.
- Serve the vinaigrette in Joller.
- Sprinkle the fruits with vinegar.
