  • 2 onions
  • 1 minced clove of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 500 g of shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • 1 can of sour cream
  • margarine to grease

Method of preparation

Put 1 grated onion, garlic, 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and brown the prawns. Reserve. In another pan put the other grated onion with the remaining butter and brown. Add the flour, 3 tablespoons of grated cheese, salt and milk and cook, stirring, until thickened. Put the cream.

On a greased plate, place the prawns, then the bechamel and the remaining grated cheese. Place in a preheated oven to brown.

  • 1 bag of dry yeast (10 g)
  • 3 teaspoons of oil
  • 1 cup (tea) of warm milk
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 cups all-purpose flour (approx.)
  • Oil and wheat flour for greasing and flour
  • 2 egg yolks for brushing
  • grated parmesan to sprinkle

Filling

  • 1 cup (tea) of Catupiry®
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup of chopped ham
  • oregano to taste

Method of preparation

In a bowl, mix the yeast, oil, milk, sugar, salt and eggs. Add the flour, a little at a time, until it forms a homogeneous mass that does not stick to your hands. If necessary, add more flour. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface and make circles with 9.5 cm diameter molds. Divide the mixed filling ingredients between the circles, fold them in half and pinch the ends together.

In a greased and floured plumcake mold with a diameter of 24 cm, arrange the stuffed masses, filling the entire mold and forming a circle. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool, unmold and serve.

  • 300 g of cooked and mashed chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of cold water (approx.)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 yolk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (approx.)

Filling

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 can of drained corn
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste

Method of preparation

For the filling, heat a skillet with oil over medium heat and sauté the onion until golden brown. Add the chicken, corn, tomato, salt, green smell and sauté for 3 minutes. Turn off and book. For the dough, in a bowl, mix the chickpeas, cornstarch, oil, water, salt, egg yolk and flour, and knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous mixture. If necessary, add more water.

Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin between two plastic sheets and line part of the dough with a medium round shape with a removable edge. Spread the filling over the dough and cover with the remaining dough. Prick with a fork and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, allow to cool, unmold and cut into slices.

  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 800 g of minced meat
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 can of drained peas
  • Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup (tea) of milk
  • 200 ml of sour cream
  • 200 g of potato straw

Method of preparation:

Heat a large skillet with half the margarine and brown the meat over medium heat for 5 minutes or until all the water is gone. Add half the onion, garlic and carrot and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the peas, salt, pepper and parsley and mix well. Pour into a large 39cm x 23cm refractory and set aside. In the same pan heat the rest of the margarine, add the remaining onion and brown for 3 minutes. Add the flour dissolved in the milk and stir for 2 minutes until it thickens. Add the cream and season with salt and pepper and spread on the stew. Sprinkle with the potato and serve immediately with the white rice.

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup (tea) of Catupiry® cottage cheese
  • 3 cups of flour (wheat)
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
  • 1 egg for brushing

Filling

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of Catupiry® cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup ricotta (mashed)
  • 1 tablespoon of dried oregano

Method of preparation

Beat the melted butter, egg, salt and Catupiry® in a blender until homogenized. Pour into a bowl and add the flour, a little at a time, stirring with a spoon until it binds. Knead for 2 minutes, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes. For the filling, in a bowl, mix the ricotta, mozzarella, ricotta and oregano until smooth. Reserve. Between two sheets of cling film, roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin and cut it with the mouth of a glass or a 10 cm diameter pastry cutter. Place the filling on the doughs and fold, pinching the edges with a fork to seal. Arrange them in a greased and floured baking pan and brush them with beaten egg with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
