Strawberry mousse ingredients:

– 12 g of colorless and tasteless gelatin (1 bag = 12 g), hydrated

– 6 tablespoons of water (to hydrate the jelly)

– 500 g of severely chopped strawberries

– 1 spoon (s) of lemon (juice)

– 1 milk with condensate

– 1 can (s) acid cream without serum

Ingredients to decorate and finish (optional)

– Strawberries as desired to wash with the cabin (optional)

– Lemon to Taste (Shavings) (optional)

Pre-repair:
