Milk -free corn cream ingredients
– 1 canned can
W
– 1 cup (s) (tea) of almond milk (or walnuts)
– 4 tablespoons of coconut milk
– 1 tablespoon (s) of coconut butter (or coconut oil)
– 2 tablespoons (i) of chopped onion
– Go up to taste
– Pepe to taste W
Pre-repair:
- Separate the ingredients and tools from the recipe. Coconut butter in this case is more recommended bringing a more yellowish flavor and color for preparation. But the recipe works well with tasteless coconut oil.
- Drain the corn in a sieve and wash in running water to remove the residues from conservation.
- Put half the amount of corn in a blender, add the nuts or almond milk and coconut milk and beats for about 3 minutes, or up to a homogeneous mixture.
- Peel and cut the onion.
PREPARATION:
Corn cream without milk:
- In a pan, on low heat, melt the coconut butter or coconut oil – do not let it burn.
- Increase the heat to the medium, add the onion, a pinch of salt and brown until it is transparent.
- Add the remaining corn (which has not been beaten), season with salt and pepper and continue to brown for another 2 minutes.
- Add the corn beaten to the blender and when it boils, lower the fire to medium.
- Cook the corn cream, mixing, until it boils and cooking for another 2 minutes, until it thickens.
- Check the dressing (salt and pepper).
- Turn off the heat.
Finishing and assembly:
- Organize the Corn cream without milk On a plate or bowl or, if you prefer, distribute on the plates, next to or on your main dish.
