The former 69 -year -old president Jair Bolsonaro revealed in an interview with Leo Dias TV Tuesday who uses a hormonal system to improve his sexual performance.

When he was asked of his sex life, Bolsonaro said he felt “as if he were 40” and mentioned the use of a chip inserted under the skin, near the lower back part, lasting about six months.

The hormonal systems, often called “chips”, are subcutaneous devices that gradually release hormones into the body.

According to Uromed, a clinic specialized in urology, the Bioabsorbabile testosterone system is a therapeutic option for men with hypogonadism, a condition characterized by a low testosterone production.

This method offers a continuous release of the hormone, eliminating the need for frequent applications and assistance to improve libido, erectile function, physical and mental disposition and contributing to the maintenance of muscle mass and bone density.

It is important to note that hormonal replacement therapy should always be prescribed and accompanied by a specialist doctor. Inadequate or without medical supervision can lead to unwanted side effects and health risks.
