Not to mention the fact that the creaminess of the dessert and the freshness of the walnuts complete perfectly.

Chocolate fudge with walnuts

Time: 40 minutes (+2h refrigerator)

Performance: 25 portions

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 350 g of chopped milk chocolate
  • 350 g of chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon (coffee) by Essence Vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder
  • 200 g of chopped walnuts
  • Walnuts to decorate

Cover:

  • 4 cups of icing sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of milk

Preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolates with a water bath.
  2. Pour in a bowl, add condensed milk, vanilla essence and chocolate powder and mix.
  3. Add the dice and mix again.
  4. Pour into a small rectangular pan covered with anointed butter paper with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Remove and cut into small pieces.
  7. In a bowl, it gradually mix the icing sugar and the milk until it forms a homogeneous and smooth mixture. If I need to add more milk.
  8. Fight the pieces of candies in this mixture, put the parchment paper, decorate each piece with half a walnut and let it dry before serving the dark.
