Apple is not the secret

“The apple is an excellent food because it contains a good amount of fiber, vitamins and minerals. However, the role of detoxification of our body is not responsibility for apple (and not any food). Our liver does it for us,” says the expert.

This means that what will avoid body poisoning is the correct functioning of the liver. Therefore, it is essential to maintain good eating habits in all meals, not only for breakfast. That is, a simple apple on awakening is unable to promote this cleaning of the body.

“There is a phrase that has become famous in the 1920s: one day one day keeps the doctor at a distance. Which is true, however, the consumption of other fruits and vegetables will also promote numerous benefits. That is, good eating habits prevent us from chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and obesity”, strengthens strengthens.

Pay attention to breakfast

In addition, Danielle recalls that all fruits are generally rich in carbohydrates, and this is not the best macronutrient for breakfast. This further weakens the thesis according to which eating a fast of apples every day is the secret of well -being.

“Ideally, we drink water when we wake up to rehydrate our body, bet on an anti -inflammatory and antioxidant strategy (such as the consumption of propolis, for example) and therefore we will bet on good sources of proteins and fats.
