Sardine

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 2 cubes of fish broth
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 cups of breadcrumbs
  • Fry

Filling:

  • 3 cannic and crushed sardine cans with a fork
  • 1/2 cup of green olives
  • 1/4 of cup (tea) green green

Preparation:

  1. Melt the margarine, brown the onion, pour the fish broth dissolved in the milk and wait for a boil.
  2. Add the flour simultaneously, mixing well until it is glued from the bottom of the pan. Leave to cool.
  3. Mix the ingredients of filling and model the balls by placing the filling in the center.
