The importance of relaxation and quality of sleep in our lives is the subject of a sensory experience that occurs in San Paolo. The event is an initiative of Puravida, a natural product company. THE Blue calm – calm bar It happens on Friday 14 March in Celebration of Sleep Day, in Art Bar.
The space will be transformed into an urban refuge dedicated to relaxation, with actions that combine Mindfulness, Welfare rituals and gastronomic experiences.
To provide a complete experience, the event will have three activities:
Welcome breath (Welcome): At the entrance, guests will be welcomed by “relaxation guides”, which will lead a short exercise of led breath with essential oils, preparing the body and mind for the experience.
Calmly hit a toast at the time of the break: An awareness expert will guide a special moment of breathing and gratitude, followed by a collective gift with blue calm mini-shot, strengthening the importance of conscious breaks during the day.
Relaxation meter: Before leaving the event, the participants will be invited to respond to an interactive quiz to measure their level of relaxation, receiving a personalized score and a special gift based on their “blue level”.
The setting of the event was carefully planned to carry guests in a universe of tranquility. The space will present an Instaggro Environment inspired by nature, as well as audiovisual projections with relaxing messages displayed on scattered screens through the bar. The soundtrack will be made up of songs Bassa fiedited by the DJ Gustavo Caramwhich will bring exclusive sets to strengthen the atmosphere of well -being.
