Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 sliced peppers sausage pill
- 2 wedges of chopped garlic
- 2 cubes of chicken broth
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 2 water cans (use the egg tomato sauce can to measure)
- Salt, black pepper, oregano and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 Package of hard screw noodles (500 g)
- 1 cup of Cremosa Cagliata (200g)
- 50 g of grated Parmesan
Preparation:
- In a pressure cooker over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the sausage until golden brown
- Add onion, garlic and brown for 2 minutes
- Add the chicken broth, sauce, water, salt, pepper, oregano and cook until boiling
- Mix the dough and cover the pan
- Lower the heat and cook for 3 minutes, after the start of the pressure
- Turn off, let the pressure come out naturally and open the pan
- Transfer to a refractory, cover with the curd, to the harvest, sprinkle with Parmesan, parsley and serve
