Refreshing, light and functional: this lemonish beat with chamomile tea, mint and a soft touch of ginger is naturally foamy and perfect for hot days

Cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, coffee spoon = 5 ml

Limoned ingredients with chamomile tea and ginger:

– 2 tablespoons of chamomile (mass)

– 2 pieces (S) Small Ginger (about 2 cm), Pelati (S)

– 2 units (S) Limoni (juice)

– 1 unit (s) Sicilian lemon (juice)

– Culinary sweetener to taste (preferably natural)

– 1 tablespoon (s) of mint

– 500 ml of hot water

– 500 ml of ice water

Pre-repair:

  1. Boil the water and turn off the heat.
  2. Cut the ginger and the peel.
  3. Add the chamomile and the ginger. Cover and let it infuse for 10 minutes.
  4. Filter the infusion, discard the solids and keep in the refrigerator up to cold (for at least 30 minutes)
  5. Just before preparing, squeeze the lemons and filter the juice.
  6. Wash the mint leaves well.
  7. Wash well, cut the lemon slices to serve (1 slice per glass).

PREPARATION:

Lemonade with cold cold tea and ginger – preparation of the drink when needed:

  1. In a blender, add the chamomile tea, lemon juice, sweetener, icy water and ice cubes.

  2. Beat for 30 seconds or until it forms a light and constant foam and the mint leaves are well crushed.

Finishing and assembly:

  1. Serve the lemonade with cold tea immediately. Put the jar and serve in glasses decorated with a slice of lemon.
  2. Enjoy the refreshing feeling and taste of this drink.

💡 Extra suggestions and variants:

  • For a more surprising flavor, the infusion time with ginger increases.
  • Use tea with lemon grass instead of chamomile to vary the aroma.
  • Try to freeze part of the diced tea for a more intense drink.
