Homemade mayonnaise ingredients with boiled egg:
– 3 units (i) boiled eggs
– Vinegar to taste to cook the eggs THE
– 1 spoon (s) of lemon (juice) (or lemon)
– 1/3 of cups (s) (tea) of olive oil (use the oil or oil oil oil and complete the rest) (or oil)

Ingredients of Sardine Pate:
– 1 can (s) sardines in olive oil (or sardine in oil)
– 1/2 cup (s) of homemade mayonnaise (see recipe)
– 4 tablespoons of carrot, thin grated
– 1 tablespoon (s) of green onions, chopped
– 4 units (s) green olives, bites (or green olive poiad)

Pre-repair:
- Start by cooking the eggs (see preparation).
- Separate the other ingredients and recipes from the recipe.
- Open the can of Sardina in brine, drain olive oil and set aside for the preparation of the mayonnaise.
- Put the sardines on a table, open and remove the central spine (optional).
- Wash the lemon and squeeze the juice for mayonnaise.
- Wash and peel the carrot and grate the thin side of the grater.
- Wash, dry and cut green onions and set aside on paper towels.
- Remove the lump from the olives and cut.
PREPARATION:
Egg – Cucina (do this step before starting the preparation):
- Put the egg in a pan, cover with cold water and add a few drops of vinegar.
- Bring over high heat and boiling, lower the medium heat and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, drain and cover with cold or cold water to cool.
- Continue pre-preparation (article 2).
Homemade homemade housekeeper:
- Peel the egg and, on a table, choose sharply.
- If you use olive oil or preserves oil, put it in the counter and complete the quantity required for mayonnaise with more olive oil or oil.
- Add the chopped eggs to the blender glass and add the other basic ingredients (lemon juice, olive oil or oil, salt and pepper).
- Beat until the homogeneous mixture: stop and scrape the glass walls every time necessary for all the ingredients to be well mixed.
- If the mayonnaise has not yet given a point, open the central cap and add a little more olive oil or oil until the mayonnaise is firm – the amount of olive oil or oil can change according to the size of the eggs that are using.
Sardine Pate:
- Put the sardines on a deep plate and kneading with a fork to crumble.
- Add homemade mayonnaise (see amount in the ingredients) and mix to incorporate.
- Add the grated carrots, the chopped green olives and onions and mix again.
- Rectify salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a bowl, cover with a plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator until the time of the service.
Finishing and assembly:
- Transfer the Sardine Pate for the container where it will be served.
- Follow with toast or slices of bread.
