According to psychologist Ana Carolina Ratajczyk Puig, attributing the solution of all mental problems and conflicts to pets is a mistake and can harm the health of animals. So pay close attention.
If well cared for, a pet can bring numerous benefits to its guardians. “It helps socialize, increases motivation, promotes the release of feel-good hormones, encourages physical exercise for both mental and physical health,” says Kehdi.
