Ingredients:

Method of preparation:

Crush or beat the cassava cooked in a juicer. In a bowl, mix the cassava and all the other ingredients (except the olive oil and the rolled oats). Then grease your hands with olive oil and make balls or squares and roll them into the rolled oats. Place in a deep fryer at 200ºC for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Suitable for children over 1 year old with salt and for 9 months without salt.

Ingredients:

• 1 sweet potato

• 1 potato

• 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese

• 2 tablespoons of oatmeal

• 1 tablespoon of olive oil

• Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Wash the vegetables well, dry them and cut them into sticks. Put them in a bowl together with the other ingredients and mix well. Put everything in the electric fryer and program for 15 minutes at 200 ° C. After this time, open, mix again and leave for a few more minutes until everything is soft and golden.

3. Potato and quinoa cupcakes

Ingredients:

• 3 boiled potatoes

• 1/2 cup cooked wholemeal quinoa

• Parsley to taste

• Salt to taste

• 2 tablespoons of butter

• 2 tablespoons of wheat flour

• Cheese to be stuffed

• Egg for breading

• Mashed corn flour for breading

Method of preparation:

Mash the boiled potato in the mixer. Add the quinoa, salt, parsley and pass a little more in the mixer. Add the flour, butter and mix. With your hands make the gnocchi of the desired shape and, in the center, fill with the minced cheese. Close well. Pass them in the egg and then in the corn flour. Repeat the process for better breading and to prevent the cheese from falling out. Bring the gnocchi into the electric fryer, with a drizzle of olive oil, at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

• 250 g of acid starch

• 50 g of butter

• 150 g of mashed sweet potatoes (boiled and mashed sweet potatoes)

• 20 g of chia seeds

• 200 g of aged Minas cheese

• 50 g of Parmesan cheese

• 3 eggs

• Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

• 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

• 2 tablespoons of grated cheese

• 3 tablespoons of finely grated carrots

• 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

• 1 pinch of ground saffron

• Salt to taste

• Olive oil for brushing

Method of preparation:

In a bowl, add the ingredients and mix well until everything is incorporated. With the help of two spoons, shape the dough into balls. Place in the basket of the electric fryer, brush with oil and cook for about 10 minutes at 180ºC. Ready!

Ingredients:

• 1 potato

• 1 teaspoon of salt

• 1 teaspoon of oregano

Method of preparation:

Preheat the fryer to 200 ° C. Peel the potato and then cut it into thin slices while still raw, using a sharp knife or a vegetable slicer. Season with oil, salt and oregano.
