Meat pancake with curd: a lunch that everyone will love

Meat pancake with curd:

Time: 1h (+30 minutes of refrigerator)

Performance: 4 portions

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of melting margarine
  • 3 tablespoons of grated beet
  • Gets up to taste
  • 5 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • Margarine to gain weight
  • 2 cups of creamy Cagliata
  • 2 cups of grated roasted meat

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs, milk, margarine, beetroot, salt and flour in a blender until it was homogenized. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
