Beirut ingredients of cheese and ham on Airfryer:

– 2 units (i) Syrian bread

– 8 slices of mozzarella

– 8 slices of cooked ham

– 1 unit (s) medium tomato, cut into thin slices – 2 slices for sandwich

– lettuce to taste (or rocket)

– Dry oregano to taste

– Oil to taste

– Go up to taste

– mayonnaise to taste + a little to serve (optional)

Pre-repair:

  1. The quantities of filling ingredients are indicative and can be adapted according to their preference.
  2. Separate the tools and ingredients from the recipe.
  3. Cut the Syrian bread in half, separating the two bands and distribute some mayonnaise (optional) on the inside of each.
  4. Wash and dry the lettuce or rocket leaves.
  5. Cut the tomato into thin slices.
  6. Preheat to Airfryer at 180 ° C.

PREPARATION:

Assemble cheese and Beirut ham:

  1. Whip each sandwich, positioning itself on one of half of the Syrian bread, in this sequence:
    • 4 slices of ham,
    • 4 slices of mozzarella
    • 2 slices of tomatoes.
  2. Season the tomatoes with a little salt, sprinkle with oregano.
  3. Finally, season with a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Cover with the other half of the bread and press slightly.
  5. Repeat the process with other bread.

Cook the Beirut on Airfryer:

  1. Arrange the Beirut (S) in the aeropate basket, side by side, without overlapping.
  2. Depending on your Airfryer’s ability, it may be necessary to divide and prepare in steps.
  3. Bring to Airfryer at 180 ° C for about 6 minutes or until the cheese melts and the bread is slightly golden and crunchy – this time it depends on the power of the equipment.
  4. Repeat with the rest of the sandwich if necessary.

Finishing and assembly:

  1. Carefully remove the Beirut with aerfrelle ham cheese.
  2. Distribute them on the plates, open the sandwich and arrange the lettuce or the rocket leaves above the filling and close again.
  3. Serve immediately, with separate mayonnaise, if you wish.

Extra suggestions:

  1. Try to replace the ham with the turkey breast or the slices of the house.
