Pre-repair:

  1. If necessary, the cod will give up first, then cook and destroy.
  2. If you don’t have the rice ready, use it for the recipe (cooked = 1 ½ cup every 2 portions) or cook the rice with the quantities suggested above.
  3. Separate the necessary ingredients and tools.
  4. Peel the onion and put it in half socks.
  5. Peel the garlic and cut.
  6. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
  7. Remove the seeds and white parts of the pepper and cut into thin stripes.
