Ricotta tiramisu ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 cups of crumbled ricotta
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 and 1/2 cups (tea) of cold fresh cream
  • 1 cup (tea) of ready-made coffee
  • 4 tablespoons of coffee liqueur
  • 1 packet of champagne cookies (150 g)
  • Powdered chocolate for sprinkling

Method of preparation

Beat half the sugar with the condensed milk and ricotta in the mixer for 3 minutes. Add the vanilla essence and whisk just to mix. Still in the planetary mixer, in another bowl, beat the cold fresh cream with the rest of the sugar until you get a whipped cream. Mix with the previous cream, gently, with a spoon. In a bowl, mix the coffee with the liqueur. Dip the biscuits in the coffee syrup and line the bottom of the cups with a part of it. Make a layer of cream, biscuits and more cream. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with bitter cocoa and serve.
