Russian companies often plan to vacation in advance – at the end of the previous year. But that does not mean at all that you will have to postpone your dreams on 2026. July clearly takes first place in our ranking. This month, up to 23 working days and without vacation, which makes it ideal for those who want to obtain a maximum vacation salary. In addition, a high season for travel, hot weather and the possibility of relaxing in nature or at sea.
In other words, the holidays in July are an almost perfect relationship of services and pleasure. You get a full vacation salary and at the same time, you can take advantage of all summer delights. This is particularly true for those who provide expensive trips.
In October, there are also 23 working days and the lack of vacation, which placed it on a July stage at the size of the potential holiday remuneration. In addition, October is the time for the velvet season in many hot countries and reducing the prices of tourism services.
