Method of preparation

With a knife cut the peppers and remove the seeds. Reserve.

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped chives
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Half a bunch of chopped spinach
  • 200 grams if mozzarella or ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Method of preparation

In a bowl, season the meat with salt and pepper. Add the egg and breadcrumbs and 4 tablespoons of onion cream. Mix well until smooth. Reserve.

On a clean, smooth surface, open the meat onto a plastic film, forming a rectangle about 1 cm thick. Place the spinach on top of the meat and cheese and roll them up, like a Swiss roll, using the plastic wrap, squeezing them well and closing the edges.

  • 1 chopped tomato

Method of preparation

Prick the potatoes with a fork, wrap them in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated high oven for 40 minutes or until al dente. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and remove a lid lengthwise. Remove part of the pulp with a spoon, making a hole carefully. Reserve the potatoes.

In a pan put the pulp, butter and salt over low heat, stirring until a puree is obtained. Reserve.

  • 2 sprigs of fresh basil leaves

white sauce

  • 4 tablespoons of margarine
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 and 1/2 cups of skimmed milk (tea)
  • 3 gems
  • Salt, nutmeg and black pepper to taste

Filling

  • 400 g of cottage cheese
  • 500 g turkey breast, sliced ​​and in strips

Method of preparation
