Yield: 4 servings
ingredients
- ½ kg of chicken or beef breast, diced
- 340 g of tomato sauce
- 200 g of sour cream
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 cup (tea) of water

Method of preparation
Fry the garlic and onion in the oil until golden brown. Add the chicken or meat and sauté, seasoning with salt or other seasoning of your choice. Add the water (only if you do it with chicken) and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, ketchup and mustard, mix well. Add the cream and finish the dish with salt. You can also include champignons if you wish.
