  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 cup (tea) of warm water

Filling

  • 1 can of sour cream
  • 400 g of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of cognac or rum
  • 2 cans of strawberries (600 g)
  • Milk chocolate flakes to decorate
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation

In a bowl put the yeast, salt, sugar and mix until it forms a liquid. Add the oil, water and flour, a little at a time, until it comes off your hands. If necessary, add more flour. Knead the dough well, divide it into 2 parts, let it rest for 15 minutes or until it doubles in volume. Open the dough, help yourself with a rolling pin, put it in a mold and prick it with a fork and take it to the oven, preheated, for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, mix it with the cream and cognac or rum. Spread over the pizzas and bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, distribute the strawberries cut in half, decorate with chocolate flakes, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

  • 2 and 1/2 sachets of unflavored powdered gelatin
  • Chopped strawberry to decorate

  • 300 g of strawberries, washed and chopped

Method of preparation

Place the biscuits in the blender and blend until the consistency of farofa is obtained. Put the margarine in a bowl, add the chopped biscuits, the white and mix until you get a dough. For the bottom of a 24 cm diameter removable bottom pan, press with your fingers and place in a preheated medium oven for 8 minutes or until lightly golden. Reserve.

In a blender, beat the ricotta and milk. Add the sugar and continue whisking. Add the milk cream and gelatin already prepared according to the instructions on the package and beat quickly. Pour over the dough and refrigerate for 4 hours or until it hardens. For the garnish, in the blender, beat the strawberry with the sugar until it forms a puree and add the lemon. Transfer to a pan and boil over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and wait for it to cool. Turn out the cheesecake, spread the cold topping, decorate with the chopped strawberry and serve.

Method of preparation

Beat the eggs, sugar, chocolate powder, milk and oil in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, add the flour, baking powder and mix. Pour into a greased and floured 24 cm diameter pan and place in a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for 30 minutes. Drain, cut in half, horizontally and set aside. For the filling, in the mixer, beat the butter and the Leite Ninho®. Add the condensed milk, in a stream, whisking until creamy.

Gently mix with the chopped strawberry, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour. For the garnish, mix the melted chocolate and cream. Arrange part of the dough on a serving dish, lay a layer with the powdered milk filling and cover with the other dough. Cover the whole cake with the ganache, leveling with a spatula. Decorate the side with chocolate chips and refrigerate for 3 hours. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Leite Ninho®, decorate with strawberries, pepper and serve.
