Low carbohydrate onion ingredients with gorgonzola:

– 100 g of butter without salt

– 800 g of thin slices cut in onions

– Sugar to Taste (a pinch)

– Go up to taste

– Pepe to taste THE

– 200 ml of dry white wine

– 2 L bolery water

– 120 g of crushed gorgonzola cheese

PREPARATION:

How to prepare the onion soup:

  1. In a pan over low heat, put the butter and melt without changing color.
  2. Add the slices of onion and brown, mixing occasionally until the candy onion and gets a slightly golden color, about 15 minutes.
