  • 1 liter of cream ice cream
  • 1 packet of chopped chocolate shortbread biscuits (160 g)

Method of preparation

Remove the ice cream from the freezer 15 minutes before using it. In a medium pan lined with cling film, alternate layers of ice cream and cookies, finishing with the ice cream. Put in the freezer for 15 minutes. Unmold, remove the film and cover with the hazelnut cream. Decorate with biscuits and serve immediately.

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 2 cans of milk (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)

Method of preparation

Heat the sugar over high heat, stirring, until it melts and turns into caramel. Remove from heat and spread in a hole in the center with a lid that fits inside the pressure cooker.

In a blender, whisk the condensed milk, eggs, cornstarch, and milk. Pour into the caramel mold, cover and put in the pressure cooker. Add the water to half the pan, cover the pan and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for 40 minutes, after the pressure starts.

Remove from heat and release pressure. Uncover the pan, remove the mold carefully so as not to burn yourself, refrigerate for 4 hours, remove from the mold and serve.

Tip: If you don’t have a pudding pan with a lid, use the pan with the center hole with a suitable stainless steel or iron lid.

Method of preparation

Mix the chocolates with the condensed milk and the chocolate powder. Add the walnuts and mix again.

Pour into a small greased rectangular pan, leveling with a spatula. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Method of preparation

In a blender, whisk the hydrated gelatin dissolved in the milk according to the instructions on the package with the condensed milk, milk powder and essence until smooth. Beat the cream in the mixer until you get a whipped cream. Gently mix the cream with the drops. Pour into a refractory and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Banana and oat cake

Method of preparation

In a blender, beat the banana, brown sugar, oats, yeast, butter, eggs and milk until smooth. Place in a medium, greased and floured English cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in the center of the cake comes out clean. Remove from the oven, let it cool and unmold. Serve immediately, to taste, garnished with banana slices.

  • 1 box of peach or orange flavored gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of hot water
  • 1 can of whey-free ice cream
  • 1 jar of natural whole yogurt (200 g)
  • 1 packet of uncoated gingerbread cookies (200 g)
  • 1 can of chopped peaches in syrup (400 g) (keep the syrup aside)

    Caramel

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of orange juice

Method of preparation

Blend the gelatin with hot water in a blender to melt it. Add the cream, yogurt and beat until smooth. Coarsely break the biscuits and line the bottom of the individual bowls. Sprinkle the biscuits with a little peach syrup and sprinkle half of the chopped peaches. Cover with the cream and garnish with the remaining peach slices. Refrigerate for 3 hours. In a skillet, mix the sugar with the juice and cook over medium heat, without stirring, for 10 minutes or until a golden caramel is formed. Allow to cool and spread on the pavé. Serve immediately.
