Ingredients:

  • 180 g of chopped milk chocolate
  • 180 g of chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of fresh cream
  • 2 teaspoons of rum, coffee liqueur or cocoa
  • 3 large cubes of cubes (strawberry, banana, pineapple, orange, kiwi, grapes, etc.)

Preparation:

  1. Put the chopped chocolates in a bowl.
  2. In a pan, bring the cream over low heat until it boils.
  3. Remove, pour the chocolate over and mix until it dissolves completely and becomes shiny.
