New businessman’s contract Marcelo Loureiro proposes to transform daily habits into discipline, consistency and awareness, with the support of
Summary
Marcelo Loureiro launches Superdah, an intelligent diary on WhatsApp that promotes discipline and self -awareness through daily records, focusing on the public over 35 years and exploring the expanding digital well -being market.
The digital welfare market is an accelerated expansion. According to the Global Wellness Institute, the sector should move more than $ 45 trillions by 2029, led by a growing search for emotional balance, car -cura and conscious use of technology. With an eye to this movement, the entrepreneur Marcelo Loureiro, founder of Ride Mobility (who gave rise to Grow) and Doly, now launches his new bet: Superdash.
The platform acts as an intelligent diary on WhatsApp, in which the user answers daily questions about topics such as food, exercise, sleep and energy. From these records, artificial intelligence organizes data on customized graphs and provocations, revealing how small choices affect directly on well -being and performance.
“The market is full of apps that say what you should do. We choose a different way: to clarify people on what they are doing and how it affects your life. It is about cultivating discipline, using technology to support real change,” says Loureiro.
The concept is based on three pillars, commitment, consistency and consciousness and has been tested by the beta phase. According to the company, there have been more than 68,000 daily records and about 824,000 questions have answered in the last two years. Among the relationships of the first users there are examples of simple but significant changes: sleep reorganization, reduced food episodes and greater clarity to establish realistic objectives of physical activity.
The adult audience over the age of 35 emerges as the most involved so far. Recent studies, like Deloitte, indicate that this age group tends to maintain greater regularity in the use of well -being tools than the younger audience, which abandon the solutions more easily.
The choice of WhatsApp as a channel also strengthens this strategy: in Brazil, over 60% of 40 years old people use the application as the main means of digital communication, according to the Institute locomotive.
At launch, the Superdash Costa R $ 14.90 per month (annual plan) and offers an initial advantage: those who recorded for the first 90 days will have free access, for three months, to the appeal of calories and accountants of macronutrients.
“We want to be a constant support point for those who try to live better, more clearly and less noise. Superdash transforms a tool that is already part of the routine into a self -management space, without promising miracles or ready -made formulas. It is a question of making a daily gesture the starting point for real changes”, concludes Loureiro.
