Ingredients
- 1 liter of milk
- 500 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
- 1 can of acid cream without serum
- 2 bars of dark chocolate (125 g each)
- 150 g of Maria biscuits
Methods of preparation
- In a pan add milk and sugar, bring over low heat, always stirring.
- When it starts bubble, add the baking soda of sodium.
- The milk will begin to evaporate and the mixture will become more golden and thicker.
- After about 60 minutes, mixing occasionally so as not to stick to the pan, remove from the heat and hit the mixer to give creaminess.
- Add the acid cream without serum and beat another 3 minutes. Book cooling for 1 hour.
- In the meantime, with the help of a mandolin, make chocolate chips. Reserve in refrigeration.
- Put the biscuits in a plastic bag with zipper and break with a roll. Book.
- Arrange the creamy Dulce de leche and the biscuit of Mary in pieces and chocolate chips in bowls. Bring it to cooling for 1 hour.
