The eight episodes were recorded in over 50 days and portray 82 characters, which required the production of 2,200 extras, plus 8,000 costumes, 198 old cars and over 1,400 hours of post production.

However, first of all, it took six years of research, hundreds of interviews with family, friends and colleagues and over 180 hours of material.

The series is directed by Rodrigo Santos, together with Julián de Tavira and David “Leche” Ruiz, in costume by Annaí Ramos and photography of the duo Marc Belver and Diana Garay. Already the script was developed by Roberto and Paulina Gómez Fernández, children of the interpreter of Chaves and Chapolin and literary edition of Juan Pablo Balcázar.
