The National University of Gyeongsang, in Korea, conducted a study that evaluated the consumption of instant Noodles in over 10,500 adults. Those who consumed this product often had 38% more likely to have high levels of triglycerides compared to occasional consumers.
In this scenario, factors such as limited resources have not had much impact, since Korea is the eighth country in the consumption of instant noodles. This is a cultural problem, since its citizens live in small spaces and work for most of the day.
