The mixture circulates on the internet with some variants. Overall, the “flour of happiness” includes ingredients such as hour-pro-nobis, apple fiber, psycho, beet flour, Peruvian maca, green banana flour, flax seeds and oats. It can be placed in juices, vitamins, salads, yogurt or even be taken with water or milk. Technically, it is composed of ingredients that are beneficial to health, but there are warnings. In addition, the rule is clear: there is no magical solution.
“Is it a fantastic and spectacular name, who doesn’t want to be happy?” Jokes the nourologist Andrea Bottoni of the German hospital Oswaldo Cruz. But, as stated, the food balance is built on days, weeks, months and year. In the midst of this, in the end, the use of flour can do well, but together with a varied and balanced diet, with healthy habits and relationships.
Advantages and treatments
The “flour of happiness” has ingredients rich in fiber, nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants, which promote satiety, a greater balance of blood sugar and can even help in hormonal issues. But this does not mean that it is nice to always be used, let alone for everyone.
It takes caution, underlines the nutritionist Carolina Angelina Martins, from the Moriah hospital. He cites, for example, that if the person has gastrointestinal disorders, with intestinal dysbiosis, the flour can generate discomfort due to its composition.
He quotes, for example, who had a patient who used the ingredients of Psillium-Aa of the “Farina of happiness” and has still developed serious intestinal problems, with many gases and diarrhea.
“I think it’s an interesting flour, however, I would not let everyone use it. I think it has to have an individualized thought, each case is a coincidence,” he underlines, strengthening that the ideal is that use has follow -Un medical.
Although the videos circulating on social networks indicate that the mixture can be used continuously and more than once a day, the nutritionist recommends that ingestion is a maximum of one spoon a day and for short periods.
Ally of a healthy food
With caution and follow -up medical, the nutritionist Layla Louise, from the Portuguese charity of San Paolo, believes that the “happiness flour” can be a healthy feeding ally, increasing the intake of fibers of the diet for people who do not have the habit of consuming three portions of fruit and three portions of vegetables – recommended by the food guide of the Brazilian population, as explained.
Even with components rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids, strengthens that no food is miraculous on its own. “The positive results always depend on the combination with a balanced diet and a regular practice of physical activity,” he says.
